MAKING A COPY
OF A DOCUMENT
DocsTeach
Copy of Ulysses with Hemingway
Signature 2/2/1922.
http://research.archives.gov/description/

The Individual Document Page
Making a Document Copy
For more information about the document, the group of
records in which it is filed, or the agency creating the
document click here.
OK
Email it to yourself or print.
Printing sometimes produces
unusual sizes
An email will include all the
documentation information
and a link back to the
document.
BETTER
Open each single image. Then
download to a file on your
computer or copy and paste the
image to an appropriate
program, such as Word or
Photoshop. YOU MUST
DOWNLOAD IT FIRST IN ORDER
TO GET A COMPLETE COPY OF
EACH PAGE.
BEST
If a PDF if available, it will
provide the fastest and clearest
reproduction of the image(s) in
the standard 8x11 size. The pdf
also prints copies of all
documents at once.
