    POMME COCKTAIL

    Non-alcoholic cocktail.
    Use a champagne flute very chilled
    Add 2 oz of maple syrup
    Top with pure Domaine Roka apple juice
    Add a dash of soda water
    Decoration: Rim the glass with maple sugar

    APPLE CHAMPAGNE
    Alcoholic cocktail.
    Use a champagne coupe very chilled
    Add 3 oz of maple Canadian whiskey
    Top with DEGEL still cider (from la Face Cache de la Pomme)
    Finish with soda water
    Decoration: dried thin slices of apples (with the skin on).
