    Have a valid email address.

    Go to www.sos.midtown.com.ph, click SOS Version 3.0, and then click Email Dropbox Button.
    Select the following options Visayas > Central Philippine University > Grade School/High
    School/College/Graduate Studies (choose only one) and then enter the unique code for each
    department. These codes are written below.
    Complete the required fields.
    Wait until a confirmation email is sent to your inbox. The approval of confirmation codes is
    usually made within 24 hours after sending your email.




    - Go to www.sos.midtown.com.ph.
    - Click SOS Version 3.0.
    - Click Email Dropbox.
    - Select the following options Visayas > Central Philippine University > Grade School/High
    School/College/Graduate Studies (choose only one) and then enter the unique code for each
    department. These codes are written below.
    - Fill up the required fields.
    - A confirmation message will be sent within 24 hours to the email address you entered.
    - Once you have received the identification code, you can navigate back to
    www.sos.midtown.com.ph.
    - Click Log in Page.
    - Fill up the required fields and set up an account.
