Goods and services tax (GST)

Goods and services tax (GST) will come into effect on April 1, 2015.
With the consumption tax at a board rate of six percent.
There are certain essential goods and services exempted from the consumption tax.

The goods and services that will and will not be taxed has become a great concern in
our society.
2015 does not seem to be a year Malaysians are going to look forward to because of the
introduction of GST and cutting down of the subsidy.

31/3 rm 200k not paid
15/4 rm100k not paid ; but Dubious
Mines always confirmed in writing the
Nave Sdn Bhd had performed its work
satisfactorily.

Non-payment, terminated the agreement
and removed its equipment from the land.
The excavation work has not finished.
