Dear CDS FP family members,

Fall has now arrived. I hope you get to enjoy the change of seasons with your family, this long-weekend. It would be greatly
appreciated if you can read this email regarding our Fall Fest event; and FP snack regulations and cooperate accordingly.

1. Snacks
School provides snacks at 10 A.M. Since the kids eating habits are closely related to their overall health later in their lives, we are
providing healthy food as snacks. However, we have found some problems regarding snacks brought from home. Therefore, we
need your cooperation on this matter.

Afternoon snacks: For some grades, teachers allow their students to bring afternoon snacks. As you know, school only allows
healthy snacks. Usually, students bring snacks that are good choices. Please be careful not to send junk food or snacks that are
unhealthy.
Where to eat snacks:
Students eat snacks during a certain period of time under teachers supervision. Parents should not be bringing junk food or
unhealthy snacks after school for the students to eat on the playground, i.e. in front of other students. Also, students are not
allowed to buy snacks or ice cream from the school store.


2. Fall Fest (October 9)
October 9 is our annual Fall Fest Day. This is a day when we introduce our annual school and classroom management plans, and
we provide an opportunity for you to get to know each other better in the CDS FP community on this day. I would like to advise
you to wear comfortable clothes and shoes since you will have some activities with your kids on this day.

8:00~9:00 : ParentsFree-time
9:00~9:45 : Introducing 2014~2015 CDS FP Management plan (Dalton Hall)
10:00 ~ 10:40 : Teachers meet with parents in the classroom (each classroom)
11:00 Begin outdoor activities (playground with parents)
12:10~13:10 : lunch(school cafeteria)
13:10 ~ 2:30 : outdoor activities (playground with parents)
15:00 : dismissal
