The objective of Vision 2020, they has already been defined through seven
innovation Flagship applications. Those applications are try to start the MSC initiative
and create a multimedia utopia for innovation producers and users of multimedia
technology. The Flagship applications are as above:

In order to lead country into the information age and improve convenience,
accessibility and quality of interactions with citizens and business.
2. Multipurpose Card
Enhance services and security to users.
3. Smart School
Teach and learn for the information base society.

More integrated, equitable and accessible.
5. R&D Cluster
Efforts among public research institutions and others.

Create e-business environment.
7. Technopreneur Development
To conduct business in MSC .For example, training for accelerated human
resource development.
