    Comparing Adjectives

    When we compare two nouns we use a comparative adjective.


    e.g. Emma is strong. Amy is stronger.
    When we compare three or more adjectives we use a superlative
    adjective.
    e.g. Emma is strong. Amy is stronger. Sue is the strongest.
