TAPIOCA PUDDING

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Tapioca Pearls
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Sugar or to Taste
4 Cups Milk
2 mixed Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Saffron
2/3 tbsp ground Cardamom
1/8 tsp Salt
Directions
- Soak Tapioca in Water for 30 min. Add milk, saffron, cardamom, and sugar and soak for
another hour.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and bring to a boil while STIRRING
CONSTANTLY.
- Let cool, then refrigerate.
