now, I am Ms. Burger.
Some of your children
may also have told you
that I call them my little
happy meals. In
an effort to make
the most of my last
name, your chil-
dren may be com-
ing home with
burger jokes all year long.
A little background infor-
mation on myself: I gradu-
ated from Flagler with a
double major in Elemen-
tary Education and ESE
and have been teaching for
four years now. I grew up
in Tallahassee and was in
the public school system
for all but my 6th and 7th
grade years when I was
homeschooled. My
personal favorite
school subject is Eng-
lish and I believe read-
ing outside of the class-
room for pleasure is
incredibly important for
the childrens academic
growth, so please feel
free to check out books
from my classroom li-
brary at any time.
Every Friday, if the
children have stayed on
their green circle all
week, they get to pick
out a prize out of the
happy meal box. Please
make sure that you
have turned in your
childs student infor-
mation sheet so I can
pick out appropriate
prizes for the children.
Finally, as a reminder,
I am available every
Tuesday and Thursday
morning before class
from 7:30-8am, and
every Monday and
Wednesday from 3-
3:30pm. Please call my
office phone to make
an appointment if you
would like to meet
with me for any reason.
