Dear Sir,
This letter is to authorize us to withdraw the items that are present in the locker number 100
of your bank.The items were deposited by my father few years ago.My father and
grandmother are the authorized persons to access the locker but unfortunately they are not
among us now.It has been 14 years since they left us.The nominee of the locker has been
my aunt (A.Jyothi). We were minors at that time so we didnt had the permissions to access
the locker. So now we would like to access the locker on behalf of my father.Please grant us
the permission to access the locker and withdraw the items that are present in the locker
number 100 as we are majors now.
