Devon Anderson Fundraising Report Shows Over $300,000 Cash-on-Hand
Opponents Report Not Timely Filed

HOUSTON Devon Anderson, Harris County District Attorney, highlighted her
campaign fundraising totals 30-days before the General Election.

I am proud of the support we have received. My message of returning ethics and
integrity to the office, following the law, and seeking justice in every case is clearly
resonating with the voters, said District Attorney Devon Anderson.

The Devon Anderson campaign is gaining strength and momentum. Her fundraising
numbers demonstrate that she will have the necessary funds to communicate her
message to the voters, said Allen Blakemore, Anderson Campaign strategist. This
report is just one more indication of Devons overall campaigns strength.

Devon Anderson follows the law as the District Attorney and as a candidate. Unlike
her opponent, she has followed the Texas Election Code and timely filed her
statement of campaign contributions and expenditures. Kim Ogg, who has run for
office before as both a Democrat and as a Republican, demonstrates wanton
disregard for the law by not timely filing her campaign finance report as required.

Ogg has made clear that she will pick and choose which laws she wants to enforce
as District Attorney and now she demonstrates that she will pick and choose which
laws she herself will follow as a candidate. This is a dangerous precedent to
establish one I believe the voters of Harris County will soundly reject, Blakemore
concluded.
