That the cost of construction is decided between both the parties is Rs.

Party detail as per given below:(i)

Rs. 2,00,000/- ADVANCE

Rs. 2,00,000/- AFTER EVERY LENTER

(iii)

Rs. 2,00,000/- PER FLOOR FINISHING TIME.

Rs. 2,00,000/- TIME OF HANDOVER BUILDING

That if any mis-happening is occurred due negligence of labour or any


unforeseen calamity and any loss or damages occurred than the Second Party
will be responsible for the time.
That the MCD/Police Charge shall be paid by the second party(builder) to the
concern Department.

Rs. 2,50,000/- at the time of registration of document of second floor..

That the second party shall have to provide all amenities like cement, bricks
steel, etc with his own funds and expenses.

8.

That the First party shall provide separate electric and water connection for
each from his own costs and expenses.

9.

That second party shall have to construct the said property on or before 7
months and second party shall have to pay Rs.2,500/- per month to the first
party as a rent amount for the period of construction,

10.

That the second Party shall pay the amount Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees ONE LAC
FIFTY THOUSAND Only) to the First Party as and when the transfer of
documents in favour of the second party.
