Dear Parents

We are excited to announce


Our Annual Alfredo Dinner!
It will be held on Friday, October 17 from 3:15pm-6:00pm Spencer County
time. We are serving dinners by drive thru only. Each family is asked to sell
10 meals. We are not using meal tickets this year. When selling meals, fill
out the back of this form (print neatly) and collect the money as a preorder.
Sell to Grandparents, co-workers, and neighbors! The meal cost is $8.00
and includes Alfredo Sauce & Noodles, a Bosco stick, and a side salad. If
you are able to sell more, just add the names to the form. Checks need to
be payable to Nancy Hanks PTO. Please return all monies and forms by
October 15, 2014.

Remember, meals can be picked up in the back of school and by
Drive-thru only!
The money raised will go towards our $50,000 goal for new
playground equipment.
