    TEACHERS AND TEACHING

    Malaysia is a country that provides an exceptional opportunity to
    learn about diversity in race, religion, ethnicity, language, culture and
    physical environment. Malaysias Ministry of Education has begun a
    major teacher training intiative that will introduce thematic content into
    the country is public school system.
    Teaching is an evolving, reflective process and teaching
    statements can be adapted and changed as necessary. It is an
    important and increasingly popular choice of career for all kinds of
    people. But teaching is doing, it is listening, it is challenging, it is
    storytelling, it is love. Yet, teaching is what I love. It truly makes we
    happy and most of the student think we are a very good teacher.
    Teaching is a work of heart, is so honored to be presented with
    many awards. It is not strictly a technical or rational, skill-driven task.
    Teaching has never been about the money.
