Jose Ferdinand Rojas II, PCSO acting chairman, said the soldier hit the six-digit winning combination 45-24-13-16-29-05 with a jackpot of P98,652,196. The winner bought the ticket from a lotto outlet in Manila. He plans to buy a house and lot, put up a trust fund for the education of his only child and deposit his winnings in a bank.
