PRODUCT SAFETY RULES

Following product safety rules are to be accounted during manufacturing as well as during utility.
MANUFACTURING SAFETY RULES
For getting superior product following main point to be kept in view.
1) Ruble materials should be properly selected as per IS/intact.
2) Heat treatment owning process show the proper to avoid
blocked holder, and for maintaining proper resistance
(standard with one chemical analyzer). Tensile strength/conductivity
of Resistivity as per IS/international standard requirement.
3) Diameter of each wire should be properly maintained as
IS/international requirements.
4) Proper standing is required to avoid knees, least to reduce the
skin effect and foreign particular/ dust accumulation in
middle particular and to avoid corrosion effect.
5) Lay ratio should be properly maintained.
6) The wires shall be smooth and free from all imperfectness jointer
should be preferably. If joint is required it should as per
requirement of Indian / International Standards.
SAFETY RULES DURING UTILITY
1) Proper phase to phase and phase to ground cleanness are required
to be maintained as per I.E. /International standard rules to avoid
accelerated hazards.
2) Proper connector / suspension / tension hard wire to be used to
avoid any slip of conductor.
3) Proper staging to be done with maintaing proper sag.
Sag-tension charts to be properly studied.
4) Vibration tampers should be placed at the intervals with spacing
required during the starting process.
5) Structure/token earthing should be proper to avoid any
leakages of porker.
6) Configuration of conductor should be proper for maintaing
required cleanness.
PRE-COMMISSIONING CHECKS

1) Complete line to be patrolled from location to location
2) Each location of line should be checked for proper handling of
conductor, sag, gripe of connector, clamps, hard clearer
mid-span joints, repair sleeves, real and joints
3) Line should be thronging checked for conferring the through path
for transmission of pockler.
4) Continuity of line to be checked by proper capacity of
meager-with measurement of Insulation Resistance.
