THE PURPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE CANDIDATES RUNNING FOR OFFICE AN OPPORTUNITY
TO PREVIEW THE DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS IN HOLDING AN ELECTED POSITION.

actiities.

the student actiities.

The Treasurer shall be elected annually after receiin# a ma>ority (50? @ 1) of the otes cast3 passin#
the interie5 and essay portion as 5ell as obtainin# t5o le#itimate teacher recommendations.
(e7%he shall 5ork 5ith the Commissioner of =undraisin# and campus bookkeeper in handlin# all
student body funds. The primary duties are/
1. 'ersee all primary student responsibilities for the receipt and disbursements of the student body
funds3 includin# the si#nin# of all student body disbursed checks.
!. *ocument and record #eneral student body check disbursements to be completed by Iednesday
of each 5eek3 and approed by the eDecutie board.
$. .nitiate re#ular assessment of reenue potential forms of on-campus fund raisers.
0. Collect3 record3 and fle all fnancial estimates submitted by each -(% or#aniKation eDpectin# to
receie funds for the follo5in# year.
