HANDLING ANXIETY WITH RELAXATION
How to do Relaxation Technique
sit in a comfortable chair with relax condition.
Place your left hand on your chest and the other on your
abdomen.
After placing your left hand on your chest and the other on
your abdomen, take a slow deep breath in through your nose
and then exhaling through the mouth. hold it for a count of
3.(with abdominal breath )
Slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of 6. As all the
air is released with relaxation , gently contract your
abdominal muscles to completely. Evacuate The remaining
water from the lungs .
Do this technique 3-4 time.but if you dont feel better you
can repeat again.
