Contingency and Backup Plan for Implementation

In order to avoid any delay in implementation of the project, almost all the equipment shall be
airlifted
Equipments which are available in local market with proper specifications will be procured
locally to avoid delay
Peripheral equipments shall be added in incremental basis as the traffic grows. Initially the
switch will be equipped to carry only initial projected traffic
