Dear Attorney Fay,

I am writing you today as the Conservator of Louis J. Russo. In accordance with C.G.S.
45a-649a after my meeting with Mr Russo today he has chosen his own attorney in lieu of the
court appointed attorney. Attorney Richard Terbrusch has filed his appearance with the probate
court today. After my meeting with Mr Russo today he is seriously concerned about continued
contact from you and has instructed me to advise you not to have any contact with him. I have
instructed St Pope John Paul to exclude you from having visitation privileges with him,
including not having telephone contact. I would direct any necessary communication regarding
Mr Russo to be directed to Attorney Terbrusch or myself.

I understand you have the original DD-214 discharge form for Mr Russo. Kindly forward
that and any other items you are holding belonging to Mr Russo to myself or Attorney
Terbrusch.
