INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
A communication from senior leadership will go to all
directors and manager-level employees to advise of this
new requirement for all managers requesting to work
remotely. This communication will include the steps
involved on how the request is routed to training.
This course will be a requirement prior to managers
working remotely and must be completed prior to working
from home.
When the director submits the request to HR for the
manager to telecommute, it will automatically send a
request to the training department to enroll the manager in
this course.
