    LETTS LETTER

    Upcoming Dates:
    ~October 20-Parent Conference Day
    (No School)
    ~October 24- Pumpkin Carving Day
    ~October 29- Pumpkin Patch Field Trip
    ~October 31- Fall party and Book
    character day

    What did we learn this week?
    Reading: We have been learning about
    bugs. Our sight word for the week was
    do. We learned about letter D.
    Math: We are continuing to learn
    about adding. In math centers we
    played farm roll and add, Mickey
    mouse addition, flash card addition,
    and number bingo.
    Discovery: We learned about bats! We
    also learned about echolocation. We
    even got to pretend to be bats!

    Next week:
    Reading: Letters: E and H
    Sight words: My and are
    Math: Adding
    Discovery: Pumpkins
    *Please help your child sound out
    words when they are writing.







    Pumpkin Patch Field Trip:
    Please send in permission slips and
    money ASAP. If you need any
    financial support please let me know.
