Deer hunting on the 109 acres north of sippy road

1 All state hunting rules must be adhered to (click here for DNR info)

Five names will be drawn for each of the following seasons; bow, the rst week of gun, the second week of gun and
muzzle loading.
Only members and immediate family are eligible to participate in the drawing and to hunt on condo property.
3 So must enter for the season you want. (submit separately for each season)

We will follow the same rules as the state for atvs which is no riding from 7 AM to 11 AM and from 2 PM and 5 PM (be
courteous and stay away from the hunters)

Awardees can bring a minor and hunt with them but you must sit with them. We are trying to limit the number of
people out there at a safe number.
6 The spot is for the person drawn and can't be transferred
7 The property is open for trail riding and wood gathering for all seasons except rifle season
8 The land is divided into 5 sections; the four corners and the middle section.
9 Bucks only for 2014 season and will be monitored year to year depending on population
10 Ground blinds are permissible using the brush on the property.
11 Violation of any rules will result in forfeiture hunting rights on the property in the subsequent year.

at 3:00 pm at the Condo Building.
The board would like to form a committee to head up the hunting on the property, if interested contact the board
The committee would be responsible for
1 Enforcing rules for hunting the property
2 Create new rules with the board to ensure the safety of everyone and preserve our property
