The rightstride D3D bespoke orthotic is made purely from EVA.
These EVA devices are produced in two parts allowing you the ability to mix base and top
material density, creating support and comfort in one superb device.

They have been PROVEN to remain effective in the harshest of environments as demonstrated
by the largest independent orthotics study of it kind conducted by the Ministry of Defence.
Results of the study found rightstrides D3D orthotics to reduce the risk of injury by 78%.

About D3O
D3O is a high performing, globally unique technology based on the innovation of capturing the
benefits of a non-Newtonian shear thickening material in Polymers. These polymers can be
engineered for real world impact protection solutions by D3O and have been designed and refined
for use in orthotics by rightstride orthotics.
D3O materials in their raw state flow freely when
moved slowly (1), but on shock, lock together to
absorb and disperse energy (2), before instantly
returning to their flexible state (3).

This reaction is counter intuitive, the greater the force of impact, the more the molecules lock
together and the greater the protection.

D3O does not rely on air gaps to provide shock
protection and because of this the product last much
longer than Poron and is regarded as indestructible.
D3O does not have a memory, but will return to the
pre cut shape outperforming Poron and EVA, both in
longevity and durability. This means it will hold its shape
longer than before fragmenting and it will remain
clinically effective for a longer period of time.

D3O Support is a great all round device made of 100% D3O, with a textured fabric cover. Offers
high levels patented shock absorption whilst providing good mid-foot support.
A deep heel cup and high medial and lateral flanges give a good forward velocity control, which
will off load shin pain. The medial flange is designed to sit in trainers and walking shoes.

D3O Performance is a totally unique combination of D3O and a semi rigid polypropylene shell.
This device builds on years of orthotic design knowledge from rightstride and the cutting edge
material properties of D3O.
The orthotic provides a strong stable rearfoot control, in built impact protection heel pad and the
unique shape of the mid-foot increases stability and velocity control. This mid-foot impact control
system provides dynamic pronation control, which prevents over use of the anterior muscle
group.

Q: What do we need to send to you to make an orthotic?
A: We need TWO items to allow us to process each prescription;
-An impression of the foot; we accept foam boxes, plaster casts, easy casts or electronic
images of the foot.
-A prescription form for the device, remember that rightstride accept any prescription
form so use one you comfortable with.
Q: What is your standard in lab time?
A: Our standard in lab time is just 8 days with a rush order available in 3 days and if your patient needs
it urgently we offer 24 hour service.

Q: What is included in the price of your orthotics, do i have to pay extra for pads and top covers?
A: A rightstride you pay for the shell and EVERYTHING else you add is 100% FREE of charge.
Q: Can you post direct to a patient and will it cost me extra?
A: Of course we can post the device can be posted to a patient and unlike other labs the price of a
rightstride bespoke orthotic always includes the postage.
Q: How long do you keep our impressions?
A: The physical impressions are kept for 3 weeks following dispatch, but all casts are scanned and kept
electronically.
