Launch and Complete an Online Training Course
Purpose To launch an online training course
When An employee has interest in a particular course or a supervisor has identified the course for
a development plan
Materials Internet connectivity
Employee Service Center

account

Actions: Do this:
1. Access the online training
platform.

a. Login to the Employee Service Center at esc.insperity.com.
b. Go to Products & Services, Training.
c. Click Access Now next to Online Training Resources.




d. Read the pop-up and click I agree to the terms listed above.
2. Launch online training course.




Search Catalog
a. In the left-hand menu bar, click Catalog.
b. Browse various curriculum folders by expanding the plus signs.
c. Curriculums include topics relating to Business Skills, Desktop
Applications, IT Skills, and Environmental, Health & Safety.
Search & Learn
a. Type your preferred topic in the Search For field.
b. Select Search to query the content database.
Courses that Offer CPE or PDU Credits
a. Select CPEs and PDUs from the left navigation bar.
b. Click the Show Catalog link to the right of the desired Credential type.
c. Click a Curricula folder to open it.
d. Select a course name.



Harassment Prevention Training
a. Select Harassment Prevention from the left navigation bar.
b. If launching the Supervisor Edition, click to enroll in program.
3. Check your work. Your work is done as expected when you have:
Successfully launched and completed the desired course.
Completed the credential evaluation if CPE or PDU credits are needed.

To receive CPE or PDU credits, a course must be completed in
its entirety and a course evaluation must be completed.
