    Form through Courier)


    2. Print Application Form and submit it along with the
    required documents through Courier. (Submit only
    Application Form)


    3. Annexure-1 and Annexure-2 are also available with the
    Application Form under above link). (Not to be submitted at
    this step)


    4. Signed Annexure-1 and Annexure-2 with the original
    documents will be submitted at the time of Medical Fitness
    Test (For successful Candidates only)
