Conditions
1. The Contributor fully assigns 5AM Productions all rights in and to the contribution they give in
the documentary now or future developments, giving the right to use, show, distribute and
broadcast their contribution to the documentary throughout the full period of the copyright
without payment.
2. 5AM Productions are under no circumstances obliged to pay their contributors now or in the
future.
3. 5AM Productions are fully entitled to edit or change the contribution given to make
translations in other languages if need be.
4. 5AM Productions shall not be liable to the contributor for any loss or damage to property or
contributors person in conjunction with the engagements made.
5. The contribution shall not knowingly contain any disrespectful language content towards 5AM
Productions or its viewers.
6. The Contributor consents to the use of 5AM Productions using its name, likeness and voice in
connection with the production.
7. 5AM Productions may give a license of this agreement to any third party.
