AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, Mr. Abdus Sami, resident of [House No # 1557-C Bilal Town G.T Road, Peshawar, Pakistan].

Do Hereby Declare Solemn Affirmation as under:
1. That, I am father of Mr. Abdul Momin, and I am sponsoring him for his higher education in
Australia.
2. That, he is currently studying the full time course "DIPLOMA OF AUTOMOTIVE MANAGEMENT" at
Austwide Institute of Training, Melbourne VIC and after completing this course he will be
studying CERTIFICATE IV IN AUTOMOTIVE DIAGNOSIS AND DIPLOMA OF AUTOMOTIVE
TECHNOLOGY at Education Access Australia. I am sponsoring him for all his expenses including;
course tuition fees, living, accommodation and all other expenses during his stay in Australia.
3. That, no case he will be burden on public funds on the Government of Australia.
4. Whatever, stated above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
