How to add columns in your grade book

Click on the green plus sign on the far left

The following window will appear.

Here you select if you are adding it to other grade
books of the same course or to certain grade
books.

You name and describe the assignment, assign a
category (default list that you may edit) and
possible points and a date. By default the system
assigns the term according to the date the
column was added.

*In these boxes you may want to lock the column
to make no changes in grades, if you want to
share with students.
*Click OK when done

Your test column will appear. In the columns youll see these symbols
If you click on the lock it will not allow you to make changes in your grade
The red cross out circle will allow you to publish your column (make visible).
