Final Comments/Suggestions for Candidate:
Stephanie conducted herself in the most appropriate and professional manner while working in my classroom and
in our school. She is organized, knowledgeable, creative, caring, enthusiastic and shows initiative and leaderships
skills. She has all students best interests at heart. She thinks of what their needs are, especially students with
special needs. Stephanie displayed initiative within the classroom while working with students and helping the
classroom teacher, she didn't just sit back and watch, she got involved with the students. She has the great
beginnings of an exemplary teacher.
