You need to log on first to your
Gmail acct.
In the address bar, paste the
Google spreadsheet link.
Then ENTER
Youll see the Craiglist Call
Logsheet
You can see below that it has 2
sheets
The first one is the list of properties,
while the 2
nd
sheet is where we log the
Craiglist calls/inquiries (by month)
To provide update for a certain
contact, you have to click the CLICK
HERE box
Ex. If you have updates for Mira, just click this
field
A dialog box will show up, where
you can see the latest updates.
For new updates, type in the date (mm/date),
then your message in the REPLY box
If youll respond to a previous update,
type in the date (mm/date), then your
message in the REPLY box
For those without any updates yet, you
can insert a new comment. Right Click,
then Insert Comment
We also have a conversation stream
or chat box inserted in the
spreadsheet
Click on the GREEN box to talk to anyone on
the group. Conversation will be saved, so we
can back track if needed.
Same with the UPDATE box, just click
then type in into the REPLY box
