Seniors Helping Seniors franchise to hold Thanksgiving dinner
The Boston franchise of Seniors Helping Seniors will be hosting Thanksgiving dinner this holiday season for other seniors in need. Seniors Helping Seniors co-founders Kiran and Philip Yocom will be present for the event, and will help with the serving of meals. Kiran Yocom, the current chairperson of the national franchise will also make a speech at 3 p.m.
What: Kiran and Philip Yocom will be serving Thanksgiving dinner at the Boston franchise for seniors in need in the Boston area at 10 a.m. Nov. 27. The event will last from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and meals will be available during that time.
Who: Kiran Yocom, the current chairperson of the organization spent time in India working with Mother Teresa before coming to the United States. Kirans husband, Philip is the current CEO of the organization.
When: The event will begin at 10 a.m. on Nov. 27, 2014, Thanksgiving Day.
Where: The Boston Seniors Helping Seniors location at 345 Commonwealth Ave.
Why: Kiran and Philip Yocom are the founders and the backbone of this
