Hibbing PD Officers to Participate in
No Shave November
Once again this year, members of the Hibbing Police Department will be participating in a fund raising event
called "No Shave November" Officers will participate by refraining from shaving throughout the month of
November while donating the money saved on shaving supplies (plus a little more) to The Prostate Cancer
Foundation.

Members of the public are encouraged to participate, and monetary donations can be made at any American
Bank of the North branch across the Iron Range. The account is under the name "No Shave November"

A few facts about prostate cancer:
It is the most common form of non-skin cancer in America, with 1 in 7 men being diagnosed in their lifetime.
A new case is diagnosed every 2.3 minutes, with a man dying every 18 minutes from prostate cancer.
