    Although I submitted a 54 page Fraud Upon the Motion on October 3, 2014 demonstrating how ALL of the legal conclusions reached by P. Kevin Castel in his September 5, 2014 Final Order (as well as his July 20, 2011 Stay Order compelling the case into arbitration and the March 27, 2014 Order refusing to disqualify himself) were erroneous as a matter of law, he denied my motion in 2 pages and stated that my claims were "without merit." Once again, he never mentioned the clear and convincing evidence demonstrating that Michael P. Zweig and Loeb & Loeb LLP were engaging in a "pattern" of "fraud upon the Court" on behalf of William Morris, and that they were violating numerous rules under the New York Professional Code of Conduct, warranting the imposition of extreme disciplinary and monetary sanctions, including default judgment on all claims raised by Plaintiff!
