For Immediate Release December 22, 2009

The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in


identifying suspects wanted for a burglary to the Chevron Gas Station Market, 4100
California Avenue on 10/28/09. The suspects depicted in the attached video
surveillance photos used a crow bar to force entry to the store and steal cigarettes.
The suspects appear to be

a white male 35-40 years old, 200-210 pounds, medium build and complexion, wearing a
black beanie with a white skull, black T-shirt with a marijuana leaf on the back, blue
jeans, white tennis shoes and black gloves.

and a white male 25-30 years old, medium build and complexion wearing a light blue
baseball cap with yellow writing, a black long sleeve shirt, black shorts and black and
white tennis shoes.

The suspects were seen occupying a newer model Ford Crown Victoria 4 door with
chrome rims.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of either suspect or both is encouraged to
call Detective John Jamison at 326-3514.
