Women and her Legitimate or Illegitimate Children VS. - husband - former husband - boyfriend / partners - whom they have a common child - whom they have sexual relationship - whom they are dating
Violations: - Compelling - Freedom: conduct - Physical threats - Deprivation - Control using paawa - Blackmailing - Marital rape - Engage in stalking 1. Staying or following the woman or her child everywhere 2. Looking in the window/doors or lingering ouside the residence of the woman or her child 3. Staying or entering the place where the woman or her child is staying which is against her will 4. Engaging in any form of violence (e.g. destroying of properties, harm to those who are close to the woman and her child) 5. Inflicting harm to anyone associated w/ the victim (even pets)
