Solution

1. Attempt to boot to the Last Known-Good Configuration.

1. Power on the system.
2. Press <F8> when the message For troubleshooting and advanced startup
options for Windows, press F8 appears.
3. Choose Last Known-Good Configuration.
NOTE:This procedure only works if the system has not successfully booted since
any changes were made
4. Run PSA / 32 Bit Diagnostics by pressing F12 when starting the computer.
5. Perform a clean boot:

Click on "Start" when your Windows 7 loads.
Type "msconfig" on the search bar and hit "Enter".
Go to the "Startup" tab and disable all the applications listed.
Then go to the "Services" tab and check mark the "Hide all
Microsoft Service".
Click on "Disable all Services".
Click on Apply and restart the computer. Note: Test the computer
and if no BSOD is shown, start re-enabling one by one
each Service and eachStartup application until you discover which
one is causing the BSOD.
