In this e/peri%ent I will show how eggs soaked in
salt solution helps preserve the eggs and turn it into
a deliay alled salted eggs(
!wo eggs was soaked in a ontainer &illed with salt
solution and le&t &or a period o& 0 weeks(
1&ter the period o& 0 weeks2 it was o'served that
there was no &oul s%ell o%ing &ro% the eggs(
!he eggs were taken out and hard 'oiled(
1&ter peeling o&& the egg shell it was o'served that there
was no &oul s%ell or deterioration to the egg white(
Sliing the eggs into halves reveals no &oul s%ell
though the egg yolk has turned into a stronger shade
o& yellow( 1 taste o& the eggs only reveals a nie salty
tase to the eggs(
