Dear Friend:
I would like to extend an invitation to you and your
family to the
5th annual Brennan Mccann Sports Festival fnvitalional. Hopefully,
you can attend a day of rowing, chirdrens, races, vorreybarl and
socializing.
I am extrenely proud to announce our Honorary Officials for this
year's
race. stan Bergrman is current,ry chief of v.c.B.p. and Head
coach at the university of
pennsyrvania.
stan has worked on
v.c.B.P. for thirty five years where he won eight (8) city rowing
titres. He has been head coach at
penn
for six (6)'ylars,-winnini
many prestigeous
cup races, most recently, the rnter-collegiate
Rowing Championship and the Cincinnati National Championship. He
is past
Head Crew Coach at HoIy spirit High School, ihere his teams
won many national championships and three (3) Royal Henely Regattas
in England.
our other Honorary Judge is Mike Teti. Mike was an orympian in the
'84, '88
and
'92
Olympics. In 1988 he was a bronze medalist. Mike
also has won 27 individual national rowing championships. He is
past
Assistant Crew Coach at Temple univeisity, where iris team won
five (5) Dad Vail Charnpionships. Currently ha is a Crew Coach at
Princeton University and is sti11 training- in preparation
for the
L996 olYnpic Games in Atlanta. I would tife to wetcome them to
the Brennan McCann Sports Festival.
