To whom it may concern,

I believe that the new religion ban in the school is not only offensive but a
violation of students' first amendment rights. I'm aware the students already have limited
first amendment rights. But the limits only extend to banning actions or words that are
disruptive to other students or to class. In no way does wearing religious articles or
peacefully talking about religion disrupt class anymore than talking about sports or
wearing sport articles. The whole policy needs to be changed to where it bans talking
about religion only when it disrupts class. Wearing religious articles and praying
shouldn't be banned.
