On Wednesday, December 23, 2009, at approximately 9:30 a.m.

A bank robbery occurred at Chase Bank, 1125 17th St., Denver

The suspect is described as a white male, 35 to 40 years old, 5'7", medium build

The suspect presented a demand note, received money, and fled.

This is the same suspect who robbed the same bank on 12/18/09 and is known as the “Crooked Lid
Bandit.”

Bank robbery is punishable by a twenty year prison term for each offense and increases if a
dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.

The FBI continues to provide financial institutions with the best practices for security to make them
less vulnerable to robberies.
