    WHAT KIND OF IDENTIFICATION DO I NEED
    TO VOTE?

    Allvotersareaskedtoproduce2piecesofidentificationthatwhencombined,showname,address
    andsignature,atthevotingstationwhenvoting.Pictureidentificationisnotnecessary.The
    identificationmustprovebothresidency(address)andidentity(name).Ifthesecondrequiredpieceof
    identificationisnotavailable,votersmustsignadeclaration(s)forresidencyand/oridentityatthetime
    ofvoting.

    NonResidentPropertyElectorsareaskedtoproduce2piecesofidentificationthatwhen
    combined,showname,addressandsignature,atthevotingstationwhenvoting.Theywillalso
    beaskedtoprovideproofthattheyareentitledtoregisterinrelationtotheproperty(i.e.
    PropertyTaxNoticeorcurrentStateofTitleCertificate)andaWRITTENCONSENTFORM28
    thatmustbesignedbyamajorityofpropertyownersofthepropertyBEFOREvoting.Ifthe
    secondrequiredpieceofidentificationisnotavailable,votersmustsignadeclarationfor
    identity(name)atthetimeofvoting.
