Najjednostavniji recept za lecu od anglo-indijskog Michelin Star chefa Atula
Kochhara koji sam radila jako puno puta i koji mi je jedan od omiljenih, s mojim malim izmjenama kolicina sastojaka. Navodim i recept za polpetice od prosa iz sjevernoistocne Afrike. Oba su nezahtjevna jela, s malo sastojaka, jednostavna i vrlo zdrava, meni medju omiljenima. Autor: carciofo Jednostavno Sastojci 300gr chana dal ili toor dal ili suhi zuti grasak 1 zlicica izvorni recept, ja: 1zlica kurkuma 1 cajna zlicica izvorni recept, ja: 1glavica reznjeva cesnjaka sitno iskosanog 1 zlicica izvorni recept, ja:1/2 zlice - zlica chili u prahu ili paprika u prahu 2 srednje velike rajcice sitno nasjeckane 1 cajna zlicica izvorni recept, ja: 1 zlica iskosanog svjezeg persina maslinovo ulje, sol Priprema 1. Ja lecu prije uporabe uvijek namocim min 8 sati i puno puta mijenjam vodu, dobro operem i ocijedim, vi napraviti kako preferirate. Lecu staviti kuhati u 700ml vode zajedno s kurkumom, mozete staviti jedan list lovora. Dovesti do vrenja i kuhati 30-40min. 2. Na maslinovom ulju isprziti do svijetlosmedje-smedje bolje iskosani cesnjak, dodati chili u prahu i prziti 1 minutu! Dodati rajcicu, dinstati 3-4min, dodati skuhanu lecu zajedno s tekucinom, posoliti i kuhati 15-20 minuta otkriveno, odnosno sami odredite gustocu koju zelite. Na kraju dodati iskosani persin. 3. Ja ne volim jusno, pa sam smanjila kolicinu vode od izvornog recepta s 1lit na 650ml, u izvornom receptu ide samo zlicica cesnjaka, meni se puno vise svidja s velikom kolicinom cesnjaka jer mislim da ovom jelu daje poseban i pun okus. Sastojci: 150gr prosa, 100gr tahini paste ili kikiriki maslaca, 1 vrhom puna zlicica sjemenki celera ( ukoliko nemate sjemenke komoraca mogu zamjeniti), 1 manji luk sitno iskosan, 1 zlica soya umaka. 2. Stavite kuhati proso u 2.5x vecoj kolicini vode s malo soli, kuhajte 20min. Nastojte proso skuhati da bude sto vise suh. Ostavite da se proso ohladi na pola zatim izmjesajte sve sastojke, dobro ohladite smjesu te oblikujte polpetice. Od ove kolicine ja dobijem 12 polpetica. Ostavite ih min 30min u frizideru da se stisnu. Zatim ih przite sa svake www.coolinarika.com Tadka Daal by Atul Kochhar strane do zlatnozute-smedje boje u neprijanjajucoj tavi na malo ulja. Ove polpetice su, meni barem, apsolutno deliciozne i iz tog razloga objavljujem recept. Jednostavne, zdrave i predivnog okusa!
