Steps to make a degree audit

1. Login to Banner (Banner.aus.edu)


2. Select Student Services
3. Select Student Records
4. Select Degree Evaluation
5. Select the Term you want the evaluation for then Submit
6. Select Generate New Evaluation
7. Check the program and the term then Generate Request
8. Select Detailed Requirement then Submit
9. The Program Evaluation that is generated show your official catalog, the
degree requirement, and whether you have Met it or not. The requirements
depends of you major and your catalog
10. Yes will show next to the course that is Met
11. No will show next to the course that is not Met and still needs to be taken
