SEMI-FORMAL LETTER

Dear Ms Dupont,

First of all, I would like to communicate you that I am really interested in the opportunity that
you publish in the newspaper. I would love to work on your social activities programme but I
would be grateful if you could inform me about some points: I read the activities will take
place in summer, but you did not specific what dates. I would like to know the dates to
planificate my summer.
With regard to benefits that you mentioned in the advertisement, could you explain them with
more details? I have doubt about if there are included all meals or not. Moreover, you alluded
to that benefits include all expenses: would you say that you are going to pay us?
As for my preferences, I have to aclarate that I love travelling so any European country would
be well for me but if I have to choose one of them, I would like to visit England because I have
good memories of my previous experiences there.
In reference to my English level, I coursed the B1 level at University three years ago and I am
trying to improve it nowadays.
About my availability, my period of holidays is from the end of June to the first week of
September.
