Observations
It was our first day of duty. Well it is not our first time to be an observer in MNCHS, because I have been assigned there to conduct an observation. When we got there, we entered in a nice but dirty classroom. The learners are noisy but when their teacher arrived they began to panic cleaning those messes. Our critic teacher introduced us one by one. And my first impression to my critic teacher is that I taught hes strict but I was wrong because he is so nice to be with. After having those introductions, I observed that Mr. Allan Morales is not relying to technology in facilitating learning. He better to used printed books in which it is the most abstract stage in Dales cone of experience. Well, one reason why Mr. Allan Morales doesnt used those technologies it is because they are lacked of resources. But still he encouraged his students to gain more information about in their daily topic. Teaching doesnt matter on what kind of medias do you use, it matters on how are you going to facilitate learning in one classroom.

Observations
In our second day of duty, Mr. Morales instructed his students to go outside because they will be having an activity. Grade 7-Guerero students followed directly to his instructions. Mr. Morales instructed them to make their own design by using different things that are being found in the surroundings. In that way, our critic teacher let the students to engaged hands on experience which belong to the direct purposeful experience. In the cone of experience, you let your students to discover new things by their own and that experience serve as the foundation of their learning. Having that kind of activity, the students will be able to know and develop their own creativity. It is nice to engage your students on hands on activity so that they cant easily forget those experiences. Because we have learned a lot from our own experiences. In our second hour of our duty, we proceed to Grade 7-Silang. Mr. Morales conducted the same activity. He gave a sample first before they proceed to the activity. And in our last hour of our duty at that day, we proceed to Grade 7- Jacinto conducting again the same activity.

Observations Again it is our duty time!!! At this time, our critic teacher conducted an activity which is the color itching. Of course before that he discussed first the meaning and the over view of color itching. As what I have observed, while he is discussing in front some of his students are not listening and feeling uncomfortable. That is why he find ways just to get the attention of his students. In selecting of materials, it is important to give a true picture. Showing a sample or a model makes the students to be more active and surely you will catch their attention. So as he already showed a picture of a color itching, his students began to felt excitement and participative. In selection of materials, showing a true picture is very important because in that way the students can easily picture out if what they need to do. In Grade 7- Silang, students are too noisy but participative. They really enjoyed engaging their selves in doing activities but the problem is they dont have any material in doing the activity. So, I think the teacher must also ready the materials needed because not all of the learners can provide their needs as a student. After in Grade 7-Silang, we automatically proceed to Grade 7- Jacinto and doing the same activity.

Observations We have already earned seven hours of our duty. And at this day another three hours that we need to accomplish. We spent our one hour in Grade 7- Guerrero. When we arrived there Mr. Morales was late. We entered in a classroom that is not arranged, the chairs are not arranged and the students busy chit-chatting. For how many minutes, our critic teacher arrived. He let his students to clean and arranged the classroom. In that day, he just let the learners to copy the next topic entitled The Language of Art. At this moment, it is good if he used the systematic approach to teaching because in that way he can plan of what he really need to do. Writing is one of the most boring learning activities in their part actually. In entering the class of course you must introduce first the learning objectives and to find another ways so that the class will be more exciting and for them to be motivated. As a teacher you need to be prepared once you entered in one classroom. You must prepare yourself, your students, materials and follow up. After the writing activity, he checked every note of his students to ensure that they really cooperate. After checking, we proceed to his next class doing the same activity. Hazel Joyce S. Observations In our every duty, we always make sure that we can learn from it. In this day another observation and learning we gain. In this day our critic teacher discussed about the print making in the Philippines. In discussing, you need to make sure that your students really understood the topic. Since our critic teacher using only the blackboard during his discussion, he makes sure that every detail is clearly stated. But the disadvantage there is that the students cant easily see the words being stated on the board because of the reflection of light. So the blackboard must be in concave. Ofcourse you as a teacher, you must always monitor if your students are listening. That is why, once you are a teacher you need to be vigilant and do not turn your back while talking. After the discussion, the students are very excited because they are going to have an activity next week in which they are going to make a traditional print making. It is very nice for the students to engage in hands on experiences because the Students will be able to use their creative thinking. Hazel Joyce S. Observations This day actually the students are going to make a traditional printing but they cant able to perform the activity because they are lacked of materials. Since, the planned activity was postponed; our critic teacher decided to finished their previous activities which are the coin rubbing and weaving using art paper. Before conducting an activity, the teacher must provide a sample using different kind of visual symbols in order for the students to picture out if what kind of activities they are going to make. In that way it is easy for the students to understand the flow of the activity. In this kind of activity, it is very important that the teacher will provide a rubric. So that the students are able to know the criteria. In this activity, the students will engage in the learning environment in which they can explore in their own way for them to learn. In assessing your student you need to make sure that you are fair to everybody.
