Trust In

Introduction
There was a little girl and her father who were crossing a bridge.
The father was kind of scared so he asked his little daughter,
Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you dont fall into the
river.
The little girl said, No, Dad. You hold my hand.
Whats the difference? Asked the puzzled father.
Theres a big difference, replied the little girl.
If I hold your hand and something happens to me, chances are
that I may let your hand go. But if you hold my hand, I know for
sure hat no matter what happens, you will never let my hand go.
Story from the Bible
In the story of Abraham he never believed in God at first, but once
he did his life was full of trials but that doesnt mean that there
were no benefits from believing in God. One of the benefits that
God gave him was a son even in his old age, God told Abraham
that he would be the father of many nations.
Verses
Psalms 37:3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shall you dwell
in the land, and truly you shall be fed.
Isaiah 12:2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be
afraid; for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he
also is become my salvation.
Psalms 9:10 Those who know your name will trust in you, for you,
LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.
Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not
on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Trust In GOD
Trust - firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone
or something.
Trust in GOD is to believe in His strength and ability knowing that
He is reliable and always there for you.

Benefits
Eternal life in the end
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is
eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Happiness and joy
Isaiah 12:3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells
of salvation."
Will be delivered from wicked schemes and plans of evil people
John 8:36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.


Blessings
Psalms 34:8 Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the
one who takes refuge in him.
He will give desires of your heart
Psalms 37:4 Delight yourself also in the LORD: and he shall give
you the desires of your heart.
Our mind stays at peace when we focus on the LORD
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all
understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ
Jesus.

Mercy
Psalms 145:9 The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are
over all his works.
Will be prospered
3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest
prosper and be in health, even as they soul prospereth.
Will be safe and have security
Psalms 4:8 I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou,
LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.

Christianity is the largest faith with 2.2 billion adherents or 31.5
percent of the worlds population. While atheist comprised an
estimated 2.01 percent.
