Ideas for ODVA

Idea 1:
1. Build Tea lounges in metros,
2. Develop an app which will allow the customers to customize their tea using various
ingredients and also allow them to pre-order
3. Display the benefits of the selected tea on the mobile app.
4. Build a console that will be kept in the lounge. The console will have an interactive display
which will allow the consumers to customize their tea and will also have an aroma simulator
which will provide the customer with the smell of the tea.
Idea 2:
1. Have aroma simulators on bus stands. The sensors on the bus stand will detect rain and
then release tea aroma which will generate an interest in the customer to drink tea. The bus
stand will also display a message which will have info about the nearest lounge
2. Similarly install aroma simulators in Business Parks and Colleges using the same concept.
3. Similar concept can be used in winters; the bus shed will have heaters and aroma simulators
providing the customers a feel of drinking tea in winters.
Idea 3:
Building forward on the idea of the app, women can pin point the places where they feel
uncomfortable. If many women feel the same around a specific place, Tata tea could organize a
discussion of the subject on tea nearby and help to solve the problem.
