The document describes the components and operation of a basic power supply circuit. It includes:
(1) A transformer that steps down the input AC voltage, (2) A rectifier circuit using diodes to convert the AC to DC, (3) A filter to smooth the pulsating DC voltage into a steady DC output, and (4) A regulator to maintain a constant voltage level. It then explains the operation of the full-wave rectifier circuit, where different diodes conduct during the positive and negative cycles of the input AC voltage to produce a full-wave rectified output.

and output waveform
Transformer (Pengubah) - Transformer will step down the input voltage of alternating current to the alternating current are suitable
Rectifier (Penerus) - Rectifier is a circuit that uses a diode, or more than one diode to convert AC voltage to DC voltage
Filter (Penapis) - The main task of the filter is to convert dc voltage to make a pulse direct current voltage rippling or preferably pure voltage direct current
Regulator (Pengatur) - To maintain a constant voltage level and constant automatically
