Somewhere in mid-January, we were informed of interniship opportunities opening up at the Auto Expo. We were supposed to intern for Hospitality and Catering Firm, Epicurean Hospitallity Services Pvt. Ltd. We knew about the firm as Mr Rajat Dogra, MD of the firm had come to GDGU for a guest lecture on Entrepreneurship. With a chance to see the Expo behind the scenes and get to work with such a reputed firm, we lunged at the internships and almost 60 people applied for 10 available slots! What a task the selection of the final candidates must have been. Finally 20 Students were selected, 10 from B.B.A, 5 from M.B.A and 5 from the school of Hospitality. We were supposed to work from the 5th-11th of February with a training programme on the 3rd. The atmosphere was charged and were all set to work. One the 3rd of February, we set off at 7 in the morning to make it to the venue at the reporting time of 9 am. It was a long way to go but early mornings posed no rush on the roads and we made it on time.
